Hi, I’m Brian Rocca from Gilbert, AZ. Thank you for visiting my BLOG. Living in Gilbert over the past 5 years I have learned of what the best places to eat are, where to go for entertainment, and how to sell a short sale. Yes, had to throw that in there as this is a real estate site. But it is a good word if used correctly. A little about me, I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. I speak Italian as both my parents are from Italy. My favorite thing to do, other than sell houses, is play poker.
I’ve been a Realtor since 2000. I can honestly say I love what I do. Buying and selling your house is one of the most stressful things you can go through in life. The market has been changing drastically over the past few years and it sometimes takes more than praying for a deal to go through, although it does help sometimes. So that’s what I am here for.
